How To Make Your Own Peter Pan Collar ?

You will need: Cotton Material, Needle and Thread, Scissors, A basic t-shirt or vest.

Like most people right now, I love Peter Pan Collars. They can style up a basic tee or vest instantly and being a bit skint this month, I decided I would make one myself.First, draw the shape of your Peter Pan collar on to your pillow case, making sure it is slightly bigger than you need to allow room for hemming. Carefully cut out your collar and hem the outside edge using a sewing machine, or just a needle and thread.

Then, pin your collar to your top, with a little hanging over to the neckline to allow you to sew the collar to the inside. Sew your collar to the inside edge of your tops neckline. Finish by ironing the collar so it sits flat with your top et voila!
